URSU COFFEE ~ Single source, quality beans
The Ursu family go to bean, known for its medium body, spicy and sweet citrus aromatics and a pleasing maple syrup-like body. The wild, sweet lemon and floral tones round out into a smooth, clean finish.
Medium body, with a rich, chocolate flavor, hints of dark fruits like blackcurrant, and a soft, sweet finish. Drinkers can also expect to taste floral notes and a touch of citrus, coconut, and pineapple.
Known for its smooth, full body, and rich, complex taste. Often described as earthy and intense with an herbal aroma not found in South American or African coffees. With just enough acidity to be noticed, and tones of sweet chocolate and licorice.
Medium body, with a maple syrup aroma. Slightly nutty with fine acidity and a bright finish. Brown sugar and cinnamon, with notes of buttery caramel.
