In the Ursu house, we LOVE coffee. For years my dad roasted for family and friends. Then I had an aha moment!
With some ambition, family help, and an awesome community interested in my coffee, I perfected the roasting process.

Feel free to mix it up! I take requests for light to dark roasts, and fine to coarse grinds for espresso and cold brew!
I love Clay's coffee with it's rich flavor, smooth taste and enticing aroma! Best of all, the low acidity is much kinder to my stomach than store bought coffee.
